How to Cope with Vertigo


You can melakuka vestibular exercises to overcome vertigo. Vestibular exercises as follows.
Stand up straight, eyes open and then close. Perform 5 times. Rotating head movement. Attach the chin to the chest, turn your head to the left, and turn to the right, do 3 times. Movements face up, then down slowly until facing downward. Then rose again facing up slowly and do 3 times.

Head tilted train movements, by trying to keep the left ear to the left shoulder. Hold for 15 seconds, then do the opposite ear. Repeat every part of each ear 3 times. Sit with your back straight and your eyes open. And stood up. By the time you stand up, close your eyes and repeat 3 times. Train your eye ball movement to the right and to the left horizontally with your eyes open. Repeat on each direction of each 3 times. Then continue by moving the eyeballs up and down vertically.

Make a practice of eye muscle to follow where the direction of a moving object, focus the eyes on a stationary object. That's 10 causes of vertigo. Not all dizziness is vertigo. Dizziness is not necessarily caused by vertigo. Conditions being experienced may be due to low blood pressure (hypotension), hungry, or feeling anxious.
